Team Overview
The Contracts department is responsible for overseeing project delivery from mobilisation through to completion and handover. This team acts as a liaison among design, commercial, and on-site personnel to ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled while upholding high standards in safety, quality, and efficiency. Key focuses include planning, resource coordination, and problem-solving to deliver projects on schedule, within defined scope, and to client satisfaction.
Role Overview
We are expanding our team and seeking a proficient Joiner to contribute to the delivery of top-quality prefabricated building solutions for our clientele.
Position Details
- Job Title: Joiner
- Location: Head Office, Banbridge, County Down
- Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience
- Reporting To: Site Manager
Key Duties
- Executing skilled joinery and carpentry tasks involved in manufacturing and installing prefabricated building service components.
- Interpreting technical drawings and blueprints accurately to guide work processes.
- Measuring, cutting, assembling, and finishing wooden materials with precision and high craftsmanship standards.
- Working both within a workshop environment and on construction sites with an emphasis on efficiency, safety, and quality.
- Collaborating closely with fabrication, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure components integrate smoothly.
- Maintaining all tools and equipment aligned with Health & Safety standards and company policies.
