Overview
Photon is seeking an experienced JIRA Admin Lead to join our Hyderabad team immediately. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in managing and customizing Atlassian tools including JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, and Confluence to support enterprise operations.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Administer and configure Atlassian products such as JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, and Confluence.
- Design and maintain workflows, custom fields, permission schemes, and automate processes within Atlassian tools.
- Integrate Atlassian platforms with third-party tools via APIs and scripting.
- Operate in enterprise IT environments, adhering to identity management, change control, and governance frameworks.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills with thorough attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Balance technical accuracy with usability to enhance user experience.
Additional Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, PowerShell, and Groovy.
- Familiarity with ITIL, ITSM, and Agile methodologies.
- Certifications such as ACP-100, ACP-200, or equivalents related to Atlassian products.
- Experience working with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps methodologies.
- Understanding of enterprise-level security, compliance, and data protection standards.

Notice period for this role ranges from immediate availability up to 15 days. The ideal candidate must be a graduate of any discipline.
