Key Responsibilities

• Greet and support customers warmly and professionally within the showroom.
• Assess customer needs, tastes, occasions, and budget constraints to personalize recommendations.
• Offer knowledgeable advice on jewellery items and detailed product information.
• Meet personal sales goals and contribute towards overall store sales objectives.
• Establish and nurture strong ties with both existing and potential customers.
• Manage customer inquiries, handle negotiations, perform follow-ups, and provide post-sale assistance.
• Stay well-informed about diamonds, gold, precious stones, jewellery lines, and market trends.
• Guarantee a superior shopping experience throughout the customer's purchasing process.
• Keep precise records of customer information and regularly engage with potential clients.
• Work closely with the store team on billing, order processing, custom jewellery requests, and distribution.
• Maintain showroom presentation quality, ensuring jewellery is displayed attractively.
