JavaScript Developer

Role Summary

We seek a proficient JavaScript Developer to contribute to building and releasing features throughout our web technology stack. This full-time remote position involves working with modern JavaScript and TypeScript, collaborating closely with the engineering team on live production applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain functionalities in both Node.js backend and React or Vue frontend frameworks.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Design, implement, and integrate APIs across multiple services.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs throughout the full technology stack.
• Participate in code reviews and help establish engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product management and design teams to define scopes and make trade-offs.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience building production-level JavaScript/TypeScript applications.
• Strong expertise with Node.js and at least one frontend framework such as React or Vue.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and modern frontend build tools like Vite, Webpack, or esbuild.
• Experience with testing frameworks including Jest, Vitest, or Playwright.
• Working knowledge of relational databases and proficiency in SQL.
• Comfortable using Git version control, continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD), and code review processes.
