Job Summary
We are seeking two seasoned Java Spring Boot Developers with a minimum of six years of experience. The ideal candidates will possess strong expertise in Java, SQL, Spring Boot, RESTful and GraphQL API development, and have a solid history of successful project delivery in real-world settings.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create, test, and sustain enterprise-level applications utilizing Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Build scalable, secure REST and GraphQL APIs for efficient data communication.
- Design backend services incorporating robust business logic and workflows.
- Write efficient, complex SQL queries for data extraction, update, and reporting purposes.
- Manage relational database systems ensuring performance and data consistency.
- Integrate backend services seamlessly with internal and external applications through APIs.
- Interpret technical requirements and engineer scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve application defects by providing effective technical fixes.
- Conduct code reviews adhering to best coding practices and standards.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers, QA teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Execute unit tests and support integration testing efforts.
- Enhance application performance and address issues in production environments.
- Engage actively in Agile/Scrum development processes throughout the software lifecycle.
Mandatory Qualifications and Skills
- Over six years of direct experience in Java application development.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Spring Boot framework.
- Proficiency in SQL and working with relational database management systems.
- Expertise creating RESTful and GraphQL API services.
- Strong command of Java fundamentals and object-oriented programming principles.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver customer-focused software solutions.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate technologies.
- Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.
- Knowledge of version control using Git and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Exposure to cloud services such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience working in Agile development teams and environments.
