Java Full Stack Developer

Overview

We are hiring an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 5 to 15 years of professional experience to join our innovative technology team. This role demands expertise in both backend and frontend technologies to build and maintain scalable enterprise applications at various client locations across India including Noida, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Kochi, and others.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support enterprise-level applications utilizing Java and associated frameworks.
• Create RESTful APIs and applications based on microservices architecture.
• Develop responsive and intuitive web applications using modern front-end technologies.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, business analysts, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust software solutions.
• Engage in design discussions, conduct code reviews, perform testing and debugging, and manage deployment procedures.
• Ensure the software meets standards for performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Resolve any production issues promptly to maintain application stability.
• Produce clean, reusable, and maintainable code adhering to best industry practices.
• Participate in Continuous Integration/Delivery (CI/CD) and promote DevOps methodologies.
• Coach junior developers and contribute to technical leadership within the team.

Technical Skill Requirements

• Backend: Proficiency with Java 8/11/17+, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful services, and microservices design.
• Frontend: Experience with Angular (version 8+), ReactJS, or Vue.js, along with JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Databases: Knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and preferably MongoDB.
• Cloud and DevOps: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, containerization using Docker and Kubernetes, Jenkins for automation, version control with Git platforms, and building CI/CD pipelines.
• Integration and Messaging: Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, and JMS messaging systems.

Professional and Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• 5 to 15 years of demonstrable experience in full stack software development.
• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming concepts and software design patterns.
• Proficient in agile and scrum software development practices.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
