Job Description and Responsibilities

• Ensure the store premises are clean and well-maintained.
• Clean and sanitize showers and restroom areas regularly.
• Manage the washing, loading, and unloading of towels for showers.
• Perform minor repairs and general upkeep of the store facilities.
• Collect and dispose of trash throughout the travel center grounds.
• Deliver outstanding guest service by maintaining pristine and functional facilities.

Required Qualifications

• Self-motivated and proactive mindset.
• Capable of collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for prolonged periods.
• Flexible to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and days.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a similar janitorial or maintenance role.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment and aptitude to handle minor repairs.
