Job description
Job Overview
Janitorial associates play a key role in ensuring customers receive a positive first and last impression of the store by maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the facility. Their duties cover all areas including the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving zones, supporting a clean and safe shopping environment.
Compensation
The hourly wage ranges between $15 and $28, guaranteed to meet or surpass the minimum wage requirements of the work location. Additional earnings may be obtained through annual or quarterly performance incentives, as well as premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on shift schedule, facility, season, or specific job assignments. Multiple premiums may apply simultaneously if criteria are fulfilled.
Work Schedule & Location
Positions are available on a full-time or part-time basis with shifts primarily during mid-shift and closing hours at Walmart Supercenter #1244 located at 3027 Wade Hampton Blvd, Taylors, SC 29687.
