Job Overview

As a Janitorial Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers experience a clean and welcoming environment from the parking lot, restrooms, to the receiving areas, maintaining both safety and tidiness across the store.

Compensation

• Hourly pay ranges from $15 to $28, with actual wages at or above the legally required minimum for the job location.
• Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
• Extra premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour could be awarded based on scheduling, facility, seasonality, or specific tasks, and multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Work Schedule and Location

• Employment is full-time.
• Available shifts include mid-shift and closing shifts.
• Work location is Walmart Supercenter #1655, 1835 S US Highway 231, Crawfordsville, IN 47933, USA.
