Job Details

• Full-time position available
• Morning and evening shifts to choose from
• Hourly wage: $12
• Paid weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Keep all floor types clean by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
• Operate chemical cleaners and power equipment safely to avoid damaging surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, meeting rooms, hallways, and entryways
• Dispose of trash properly; use compactors when applicable
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with suitable products and tools
• Perform spot cleaning and assist with carpet extraction and shampooing
• Restock paper products and sanitary supplies as needed
• Adhere to the housekeeping schedule consistently
• Utilize heavy-duty cleaning machines such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers occasionally
• Complete any additional tasks assigned according to job scope or customer requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of six months' janitorial work experience
• Willingness to undergo on-the-job training
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions accurately

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work experience in cleaning or janitorial roles
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning procedures and standards
• Knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and waxing
• Background in industrial cleaning or facility maintenance is an asset
