Job Overview

We are seeking an Industrial Cleaner to conduct cleaning duties as specified in contractual agreements with our industrial clients. The role requires vigilance in reporting any issues or suspicious activities to supervisors or managers promptly.

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Full-time position available with shifts across all hours
• Hourly pay rate set at $13.00
• Employees are paid weekly

Main Duties

• Emptying trash and recycling bins
• Thorough cleaning of restrooms using disinfectants and specialized bathroom cleaners, including restocking supplies, removal of waste, and cleaning fixtures, mirrors, dispensers, with floors swept or mop as needed
• Cleaning plant floors and machinery to maintain facility cleanliness
• Maintaining clean, organized storage closets
• Executing additional assignments as required either by contract specifications or customer needs

Required Qualifications

• Possession of high school diploma or equivalent, or alternatively, a minimum of six months' janitorial work experience
• On-the-job training provided by the company
• Keen attention to detail to ensure quality cleaning standards
• Capacity to effectively follow given instructions

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles
• Knowledge of custodial best practices and commercial cleaning standards
• Understanding of floor care procedures, such as buffing and waxing
• Background in industrial cleaning or maintenance of facilities
