Job Details

• Employment Type: Full time
• Hourly Wage: $16.00
• Schedule: Morning shifts, Monday through Sunday
• Payment: Weekly pay

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming
• Use chemical cleaners and power equipment properly to avoid damage
• Clean and upkeep areas including restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrances
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure appropriate disposal, including compacting materials when necessary
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with suitable products and tools
• Perform spot cleaning on carpets and assist with extractions and shampooing
• Restock paper and sanitary supplies as needed
• Adhere to established housekeeping schedules
• Operate heavy cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers as needed
• Carry out other duties assigned according to scope of work or customer requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or at least six months of janitorial experience
• Willingness to undergo on-the-job training
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience
• Knowledge of custodial methods and commercial cleaning standards
• Familiarity with floor care techniques such as buffing and waxing
• Experience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance
