Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated IT Faculty Trainer to conduct interactive live classes, either in-person or virtually, focusing on Core Java, Advanced Java, and related frameworks. The role involves guiding learners through their training journey to offer customized blended learning experiences that help them attain targeted skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver live sessions on Core Java, Advanced Java, and various frameworks either onsite or online.
- Support and monitor the progress of learners to facilitate personalized blended learning approaches.
- Ensure that the training outcomes align with the desired skill development goals.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in technical training within corporate settings or educational technology institutions.
- Hands-on development experience is a plus.
- Strong expertise in Core Java, including Collections, Exception Handling, File Management, JDBC, and MySQL.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
