IT Faculty Trainer

Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time IT Faculty Trainer to teach Computer Science, IT, and related subjects at the college level in New Delhi. The ideal candidate should have a B.Tech or Master's degree in Computer Administration, Computer Science, or IT, along with at least one year of teaching experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures aligned with the curriculum on core IT subjects.
• Develop comprehensive lesson plans, teaching aids, and multimedia presentations.
• Organize and conduct practical lab sessions emphasizing hands-on training.
• Assess student learning via assignments, tests, and project evaluations.
• Provide academic support and mentoring to nurture student growth.
• Maintain discipline and foster a conducive classroom learning atmosphere.
• Keep current with emerging technology trends and incorporate them into coursework.
• Engage in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and departmental initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of fundamental IT concepts including programming, networking, and database management.
• Effective communication and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to simplify complex technical ideas for diverse learners.
• Strong classroom management techniques.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a beneficial plus.

Eligibility

Candidates with a B.Tech or Master's degree in relevant IT disciplines and preferably with a minimum of one year of prior teaching experience are eligible.
