Peace Haven Enterprises invites applications for the position of Backend Developer for freshers at their Coimbatore, Ramanathapuram office. This full-time role begins with an initial internship and offers real-world web application development experience with potential for long-term employment based on performance.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and test backend applications and APIs.
• Write clean, efficient, and manageable backend code aligned with best practices.
• Work closely with databases, data processing, and server-side logic.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and connect with third-party services.
• Debug and resolve backend defects and issues promptly.
• Collaborate with frontend teams to enable seamless integration between frontend and backend components.
• Implement new features on existing web applications.
• Conduct testing to enhance application performance and stability.
• Maintain thorough technical documentation throughout development processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Familiarity with at least one backend programming language such as PHP, Python, Node.js, Java, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of REST API design and consumption.
• Strong understanding of relational databases like MySQL.
• Foundational knowledge of server-side programming and backend system architecture.
• Basic frontend skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, with familiarity in Bootstrap or similar frameworks considered a plus.
• Experience or understanding of version control systems such as Git/GitHub is advantageous.
• Knowledge of authentication, API integration, and database connectivity basics.
• Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to debug code efficiently.

Educational and Candidate Profile

• Qualifications include B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA, MCA, M.Sc in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with relevant academic, personal, or internship projects.
• Strong passion for backend development and a commitment to learning new technologies.
• Good communication, analytical skills, and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Availability to work onsite in Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore with immediate or short notice joining preferred.

Compensation and Additional Information

• An initial internship phase of two months with a stipend of ₹7,000 per month.
• Following the internship, salary revisions will be made based on individual performance and technical expertise according to company policies.
