Role Purpose
The IT Administrator for Change Management will play a pivotal role in facilitating IT Change Management processes. This includes coordinating change requests, keeping detailed records, managing review and approval workflows, overseeing implementation efforts, and ensuring adherence to IT governance policies. The aim is to reduce business interruptions and foster successful project and operational results.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain and update comprehensive change registers to ensure accuracy and completeness of all change records.
- Support the entire lifecycle of IT change requests from logging to tracking, review, and closure.
- Coordinate change management activities among IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth processes.
- Assist in planning and monitoring the execution of change implementations.
- Prepare the necessary documentation and materials for Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with established IT Change Management policies and governance standards.
- Develop periodic reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators related to change activities.
- Contribute to post-implementation evaluations and ongoing enhancement of change management practices.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of IT Change Management frameworks and IT Service Management (ITSM) principles.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Certification
- ITIL Foundation Certification is advantageous.
