About the Role

The Ironmongery Scheduler will be pivotal in preparing and managing detailed door hardware ironmongery schedules and specifications for project submissions, ensuring seamless coordination and adherence to standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive door ironmongery hardware schedules based on project specifications, architectural drawings, and door schedules.
- Analyze project documents such as tenders, specifications, and drawings thoroughly.
- Suggest appropriate ironmongery solutions that meet project demands and adhere to applicable codes.
- Ensure all hardware schedules are precise, comprehensive, and aligned with door types and functionalities.
- Guarantee compliance with standards including fire-rating, accessibility, and project requirements.
- Confirm compatibility among doors, frames, hardware, and access control systems.
- Maintain detailed revision histories and approved schedules.
- Prepare product cut sheets, technical submissions, and documentations.
- Manage project schedule registries and oversee document control processes.
- Support budget estimations related to hardware schedules for internal usage.
Qualifications and Experience
- Open to fresh graduates.
- Possess a Diploma in Architecture, Building, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
- Preferred 2 to 3 years experience in architectural ironmongery, door hardware scheduling, or specification preparation.
- Solid knowledge of door hardware products and relevant industry standards.
- Competent in interpreting architectural and construction drawings.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and scheduling software.
- Excellent communication abilities and coordination skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with fire-rated door requisites and accessibility standards.
- Experience in BIM/Revit and specification-related software.
- Understanding of access control and electronic locking mechanisms.
