IP Renewals Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an Intellectual Property (IP) Renewals Analyst to join the well-established Global Operations team at Clarivate in Noida. This role offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with a global team responsible for ensuring timely and successful renewals of clients' IP rights portfolios. The team comprises 12 to 15 members and reports to the Operations Manager. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and confidence in coordinating with both internal departments and regional stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree.
• Preferably have between 0 to 2 years of experience in operations roles.
• Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
• Good analytical skills with strong interpretation and comprehension abilities.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Additional advantageous qualifications include:

• Postgraduate or master's degree.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, enthusiastic, highly committed, and determined.
• Strong interpersonal skills with capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute renewal activities for client portfolios of IP rights as per client requests, maintaining agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
• Process assigned tasks according to work instructions, team allocations, priority, and client specifications.
• Monitor and review case statuses using renewal systems.
• Interpret client requests accurately and act in alignment with provided work guidelines.
• Handle exceptions as necessary.
• Submit outputs for quality assurance reviews.
• Communicate completion of tasks to supervisors and clients.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements by recognizing gaps or inefficiencies and implementing corrective actions.

Team Structure and Stakeholders

The IP Renewals team includes roles such as IP Analyst, Senior IP Analyst, Principal IP Analyst, IP Manager, and Operations Manager. This position interacts internally with other teams focused on renewals business and externally with customers and agents who manage IP portfolios.

Working Hours

This is a full-time permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The hours are flexible within the time window of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Indian Standard Time (IST).
