OCONUS All Source Analyst - MID

Job Overview

We seek motivated analysts to join the CENTCOM team supporting USAF OSI with all-source analytic intelligence services across various overseas sites including Qatar, Kuwait, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

• Detect, monitor, and assess foreign intelligence efforts targeting sensitive U.S. national security information, including emerging technology threats affecting U.S. interests.
• Develop expertise in foreign intelligence capabilities and partner counterintelligence (CI) tactics and strategies; generate comprehensive all-source CI analytical studies and contribute to shaping CI strategies.
• Develop, deliver, and teach programs on collection operations techniques and supporting processes related to human and technical intelligence under Department of Defense authorities.
• Ensure all analytic products meet ICD and Air Force OSI standards and are properly archived in designated databases.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of host nation and third country intelligence and security organizations that pose threats to Department of the Air Force (DAF) resources and personnel.
• Provide training on counterintelligence source and collection management to analysts; review and comment on intelligence reports; disseminate intelligence products to various leadership and intelligence customers.
• Produce detailed foreign intelligence and terrorism analysis products for AFOSI and USAFCENT leadership.
• Fuse multi-source intelligence data to identify terrorist threats, cell structures, and attack planning with daily to weekly updates.
• Manage collection activities by analyzing field reports on terrorist organizations and inter-group relationships.
• Assist target development efforts to mitigate threats across USCENTCOM and AFCENT areas of responsibility.
• Prepare and present briefings on hostile group cooperation and impacts for leadership and intelligence customers worldwide.
• Coordinate and liaise with military and national agencies to ensure intelligence sharing and collaboration.
• Comply strictly with security classification guidelines and dissemination rules in all products and briefings.
• Provide mobile training teams (MTT) support to standardize workflows and improve collection, processing, and production cycles across USCENTCOM AFOSI units.
• Support strategic engagements through advisory roles including Defense Threat Assessment and Crime Scene Exploitation programs.
• Travel extensively OCONUS and CONUS as mission demands; maintain readiness with up-to-date passports, visas, and medical clearances for worldwide deployment.
• Follow governing documents and deliver error-free intelligence products in grammar, spelling, and formatting.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least six years of all-source analytical experience integrating HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, or OSINT.
• One year of comprehensive analytical experience supporting counterintelligence, counterterrorism, or HUMINT operations within the last three years.
• One year of operational or analytical experience related to DoD priority countries such as Russia, China, or Iran.
• Proven ability to develop intelligence analysis products over six years.
• Strong writing, briefing, and collaborative skills necessary for joint intelligence team environments.
• Experience with multiple intelligence software and systems within the last three years, including Microsoft Office suite, Analyst Notebook, SIPR/JWICS, M3 or similar messaging systems, SOMM, Proton or equivalent databases, Intellink, CIDNE, CIA WIRE, HOT-R or CHROME, NCTC Online, and J2 DCP Portal.
• Knowledge of AFOSII2MS and/or CI2MS is desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in fields such as international affairs, national security studies, Arabic studies, international business, terrorism analysis, or related areas.
• Regional expertise in Southwest Asia.

Security Clearance

TS/SCI clearance required.

Compensation

The estimated salary range is $125,000 to $135,000 annually. Actual pay may vary depending on factors like responsibilities, qualifications, experience, and market conditions.
