Internship Trainee Associate

Role Overview

The Branch Internship Trainee Associate position is designed as a comprehensive training program conducted at Muthoot Finance branches, blending practical hands-on experience with theoretical learning throughout the internship duration.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming walk-in visitors and assisting customers with KYC processes as well as maintaining accurate documentation.
• Delivering customer service and orientation about products and services within the branch.
• Engaging in in-branch cross-selling activities to promote the range of financial products offered.
• Conducting timely interest collection calls to existing customers, providing necessary updates and performing certain backend branch operations.
• Identifying new potential clients and pitching services to develop new business leads.
• Managing and nurturing relationships with current customers to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and service delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduates from any discipline, male or female, including freshers who have passed between 2021 and 2026 from regular colleges.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Effective persuasive skills to engage customers successfully.
• Basic computer literacy.
