Job description
Role Overview
As an Internship Trainee at Muthoot Finance in Solapur, Maharashtra, you will engage directly in sales and operational functions within the branch, dealing with a range of banking products such as gold loans, personal loans, home loans, auto loans, vehicle loans, mortgages, and related financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing sales and operational activities involving the branch's financial products for clients.
- Discovering and generating new client leads, followed by actively presenting suitable loan products.
- Delivering comprehensive service to current customers and maintaining strong customer relations.
- Executing corporate sales strategies aimed at acquiring high-net-worth and premium clientele.
- Developing and applying innovative approaches to consistently meet or surpass sales targets.
Compensation
The monthly stipend offered ranges from INR 12,300 to INR 14,000 as compensation during the internship period.

This role is based onsite in Solapur, Maharashtra, India.
