International Voice Process Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking candidates with at least 6 months of experience for an International Customer Support voice role. This position is based in Bangalore with mandatory on-site presence during night shifts. Candidates residing in Bangalore are preferred as pick and drop facilities will be provided. The contract is initially for 6 months, with a potential for permanent onboarding based on performance and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service via voice communication for international clientele.
• Manage customer queries effectively with a focus on satisfaction.
• Adapt to rotational and night shift schedules.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate or undergraduate with a minimum of 6 months relevant experience.
• Strong command of English communication skills is mandatory.
• Experience in customer support, technical support, BPO, international voice process, inbound/outbound, KPO, or US/UK/Australian processes is desirable.
• Immediate joining or a maximum notice period of 15 days.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly compensation package up to INR 40,000 depending on experience and current CTC.
