Job Overview
Tech Mahindra Ltd is looking to hire an International Voice Process Agent based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This role focuses on delivering superior customer support for clients operating in various time zones through voice communication.
Responsibilities
- Engage in voice-based customer service processes.
- Deliver exceptional service to customers globally across diverse time zones.
- Address and resolve customer queries accurately and promptly.
- Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be graduates or undergraduates.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply provided they have strong communication capabilities.
- Experience of at least six months in international voice processes is also acceptable.
- Only candidates residing in Mumbai are eligible to apply.
Selection Procedure
- Initial interview with HR.
- Voice and Accent (VNA) assessment.
- Operational interview round.
Work Schedule
The position requires availability for rotational shifts covering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
