Job description
Overview
We are conducting a mega walk-in recruitment drive for a globally renowned travel brand based in Kolkata. Candidates will be interviewed and shortlisted on the same day, ensuring a completely transparent and efficient hiring experience with no waiting periods or hidden details.
Role and Responsibilities
The position involves working in an international voice and blended process focused on travel and telecom sectors. You will be tasked with handling customer interactions, providing exceptional support, and using your technical aptitude to assist clients effectively.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written, are mandatory.
- Strong customer service orientation with the passion to guide and assist customers.
- Basic computer proficiency is essential.
- Enthusiastic about working in BPO blended and chat-based processes.
- Must be flexible to work night shifts on a 5-day workweek schedule.
- Willingness to work from the office location is required.
Eligibility
Both undergraduates and graduates may apply; however, regular students currently pursuing their studies are not eligible.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from INR 260,000 to INR 300,000.
