Job Overview
As an International Tax Manager, you will be an essential member of our European tax team, actively shaping our global tax strategy. This role involves close collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Business units, leveraging your expertise in areas such as tax accounting, compliance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and global tax initiatives like Pillar 2.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tax accounting and reporting in line with ASC 740 standards.
- Oversee tax compliance and international tax process management.
- Handle transfer pricing issues, including Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) and Master/Local Documentation.
- Provide support on M&A projects and global tax initiatives such as Pillar II.
- Serve as the point of contact for international finance teams.
Candidate Profile
- Academic background focused on taxation or finance; professional tax certification (StB) is advantageous.
- Minimum of 7 years professional experience in international taxation.
- Strong knowledge of tax accounting and compliance frameworks.
- Practical experience with ASC 740 tax accounting standards.
- Fluency in both German and English languages.
