We emphasize responsible engagement with the cultural heritage and societal values of Aotearoa New Zealand, expecting our people to integrate this understanding into their professional conduct and client advice.

Role Overview

The Manager role in our Risk Consulting team reports to the Partner or delegate, overseeing delivery of top-quality services while primarily managing internal audit engagements. • Provide supervision and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Possession of relevant professional certifications.
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, adept at problem-solving via questioning, collaboration, and researching technical/contractual material.
  • Logical and methodical in planning and executing analyses.
  • Meticulous attention to quality and detail with a dedication to delivering superior outcomes.
  • Excellent communicator with high-level report writing skills.
  • Additional advantageous experience includes independent quality assurance on transformation initiatives, knowledge of complex ERP or financial management systems, or specialized internal audit expertise in other technical/functional areas.
