Role Details
Join our Wagga Wagga branch as an enthusiastic Internal Sales Trainee on a fixed-term contract for 12 months. Perfect for school leavers, recent graduates, or those transitioning careers into sales and business.
Daily Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline contact providing excellent customer service and support.
- Develop customer relationships through phone and email communication to resolve inquiries related to products, pricing, orders, delivery, and accounts.
- Support general administrative and branch activities.
- Work collaboratively to enhance sales and customer service processes.
This role also involves manual handling, with physical tasks including picking and packing items up to 15kg.
Candidate Profile
- Customer-oriented and approachable personality.
- Willingness to participate in a rotating Saturday work schedule (typically 1–3 Saturdays monthly).
- Motivated to acquire new skills and knowledge.
- Dependable, punctual, and organized.
- Capability to carry out regular manual handling duties safely.
- Team-focused with a positive demeanor.
- Comfortable using computers and quick to learn new systems.
