Internal Sales Representative

About the Role

South Pacific Welding Group PT, part of Linde, is seeking energetic and proactive Retail Trade Assistants with an industrial/trade focus to join the team at our Kalgoorlie, Western Australia location. This role supports our high-performing store environment, working closely with trade and industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service face-to-face, by phone, and email.
• Offer product guidance and assist industrial and trade customers to meet their purchase needs.
• Handle stock management tasks including receiving, dispatching goods, and maintaining product displays.
• Promote products through demonstrations, upselling, and driving promotional activities.
• Manage safe handling of gas cylinders and support general yard and forklift operations.
• Ensure the store environment remains clean and compliant with safety standards.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication paired with strong customer service orientation.
• Motivated self-starter able to thrive in a fast-moving retail and trade setting.
• Good focus on details and effective time management abilities.
• Proficient with computers; basic to intermediate skills mandatory, SAP experience considered advantageous.
• Physical fitness for performing manual handling responsibilities.
• Prior exposure to industrial, welding, or safety product sectors will be highly regarded.
