Internal Audit - Assistant Manager/Senior/Internal Auditor (IT)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join the Internal Audit Division at a leading airline group. This role involves conducting risk-based assurance and advisory audits within the IT and cybersecurity domains across the organization and its subsidiaries. It aims to provide independent evaluations on governance, risk management, and internal controls, while promoting digital innovation and enhancement in audit processes.

Key Duties

• Design audit scopes and objectives based on risk assessments to ensure thorough coverage.
• Execute audit fieldwork to evaluate the design and operational effectiveness of controls following IT standards and best practices.
• Review IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application environments to detect risks and control deficiencies, offering actionable recommendations.
• Compile comprehensive audit documentation and draft concise management reports.
• Utilize data analytics and digital tools, including generative AI, to enable continuous audits, detect emerging risks, and elevate audit efficiency.
• Participate in additional tasks and digital transformation projects within the Internal Audit Division.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a university degree, preferably in computer science or cybersecurity.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, or CompTIA Security+ are advantageous.
• Possesses at least three years of experience in IT security, risk management, or auditing.
• Familiar with IT systems, databases, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
• Experience in data analytics and basic scripting skills (e.g., Python) are preferred.
• Deep understanding of IT governance frameworks, security, risk controls, IT General Controls, and IT Application Controls.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA business processes and controls is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Excellent report writing skills to deliver clear, concise findings and recommendations.
• Demonstrates independent problem-solving with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel internationally to various sites based on project needs.
