Interior Site Supervisor

Overview

Kriva Associates is seeking a diligent Interior Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate interior fit-out activities at project locations in Coimbatore. The role involves managing day-to-day site operations ensuring alignment with approved designs, quality benchmarks, and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily interior site execution and supervise various trades including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and false ceiling work.
• Ensure all work conforms to approved drawings, designs, specifications, and BOQ.
• Maintain strict quality control and monitor finishing standards across all interior elements.
• Track site progress regularly and relay updates to management.
• Coordinate timely delivery and optimal utilization of materials at site.
• Identify and address onsite challenges, liaising with design and management teams for resolutions.
• Take accurate measurements and ensure precise execution as per plans.
• Communicate progress and updates with clients when required.
• Promote site discipline, maintain cleanliness, and enforce safety protocols.
• Verify contractor work, measurements, and support in bill verification.
• Compile daily and weekly progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and coordinate to mitigate delays.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2 to 5 years of experience in supervising interior site execution for residential and commercial projects.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting 2D drawings and interior detailing.
• Solid understanding of carpentry, modular work, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, and painting trades.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Mandatory knowledge of Hindi for communication with laborers and contractors; fluency in Tamil and English is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and lead workforce effectively.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites.

Working Conditions

• Working hours: 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM
• Location: Coimbatore and associated project sites
• Salary commensurate with experience and skills; typically ranges between 20,000 to 25,000 INR per month.
