Interior Project Supervisor

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Interior Project Supervisor to oversee on-site interior project execution. The role involves managing various construction activities, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to design and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of interior works including civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing tasks at the project site.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and labor teams to facilitate efficient workflow.
• Ensure that all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Monitor quality control, workmanship standards, and proper use of materials on site.
• Uphold safety protocols and maintain discipline within the site environment.
• Provide daily progress updates to the Project Manager and Design Team.
• Organize inspections, manage snag lists, and coordinate handover procedures.
• Keep accurate records of site activity, measurements, and inventory of materials.
• Address on-site challenges promptly to minimize rework and delays.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design is preferred.
• At least two years of experience supervising interior projects on-site.
• Strong understanding of interior execution processes and materials.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Effective communication and coordination abilities.
• Committed to working full-time on-site.

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling commercial or residential interior projects.
• Knowledge of quality assurance and safety regulations.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and site report preparation.

Compensation and Joining

The salary will be aligned with industry benchmarks. Candidates should be prepared to start immediately or within a 15-day timeframe.
