Job Overview

We are seeking an Interior Project Manager responsible for precise onsite measurements, developing innovative design concepts, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed final drawings. The role involves staying updated on material research and industry developments to enhance project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately perform onsite measurements for interior projects.
• Prepare new designs and concepts, including BOQ and comprehensive final drawings.
• Conduct research on materials and stay informed about industry advancements.
• Generate daily snag lists, monitor ongoing projects, prioritize tasks, and manage scheduling.
• Collaborate with senior management, contractors, and project teams to resolve issues and respond to queries.
• Ensure high standards of quality are maintained throughout project execution.
• Track material needs closely and work towards reducing waste in materials and labor on site.
• Oversee safety controls to guarantee a secure working environment.
• Manage smooth handover of completed sites.
• Handle multiple projects and maintenance tasks simultaneously.

Technical Skills

Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, 3ds Max, and V-Ray is essential.

Additional Details

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, with required willingness to travel across India.
