Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Cashier to manage all monetary transactions efficiently at our retail location in Mumbai. The role involves managing cash and card payments, maintaining accurate billing records, and ensuring customer satisfaction through friendly service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all customer cash payments with accuracy and reliability.
• Update and maintain billing and gift voucher records daily using software for audit purposes.
• Perform batch closing procedures and balance cash drawers regularly.
• Record and track card payment transactions correctly.
• Prepare and submit Management Information System (MIS) reports to senior management as required.
• Maintain detailed transaction reports to ensure transparency.
• Provide courteous and helpful service to customers, ensuring a positive experience.
