Interior FitOut Site Supervisor

About the Role

SREE CRAFT Interiors in Bengaluru is seeking a skilled Interior FitOut Site Supervisor to oversee our corporate and commercial office interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily interior fit-out activities at the project site.
• Coordinate various subcontractor teams including carpenters, gypsum installers, ceiling, flooring, painting, and glass specialists.
• Ensure all work aligns with project drawings and instructions provided by the Project Engineer.
• Monitor labour attendance, productivity, workmanship quality, and daily progress on site.
• Organize material requirements proactively to prevent shortages.
• Inspect workmanship closely to minimize rework and reduce material waste.
• Maintain cleanliness of the site and enforce basic safety protocols.
• Provide daily updates on site progress, including photos and manpower details.
• Assist in snagging processes and ensure smooth project handovers.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in interior fit-out or site supervision, preferably within corporate/commercial office interiors.
• Practical site experience is valued over formal educational qualifications; diploma or degree is not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work across various project locations within Bengaluru.
• Candidates with only road, infrastructure, or general building construction experience without interior fit-out exposure are not preferred.
