Opportunity Overview

Connexxions Realtors And Office Interiors, based in Bangalore, is looking to hire an Interior Designer to join their team. This role focuses on office interior projects, and requires proficiency in specific design software to manage projects from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 2D drawings using AutoCAD and construct 3D models using SketchUp.
• Produce photorealistic renders employing Enscape or similar software.
• Manage office interior design projects through all stages including site visits and coordination.
• Regularly visit client locations within Bangalore, including areas like Singasandra and HSR Layout.
• Work closely with carpenters and various vendors to ensure project execution.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design or relevant qualification.
• 0 to 3 years of experience; fresh graduates with sound software skills are encouraged to apply.
• Essential software knowledge: SketchUp and AutoCAD.
• Familiar with 3D rendering tools such as Enscape, V-Ray, or Lumion.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Additional Details

• Work type: Full-time, day shift based from the office located in Ramaiah Reddy Layout, Wellington Paradise, Singasandra, Bangalore.
• Salary range: Fixed monthly compensation between INR 10,000 and 30,000.
