Interior Designer

Position Overview

The Interior Designer role demands a highly creative mindset capable of devising modular design solutions rooted in client discussions. Strong interpersonal communication is essential for continuous client engagement, needs evaluation, and adapting plans based on feedback. A thorough understanding of current interior design trends is necessary to present optimal design concepts.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end sales process including driving sales closures.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead the quality assurance and accuracy of design outputs.
• Take full ownership of projects from initiation through completion.

Experience and Qualification Requirements

• A minimum of three years’ experience in residential interiors, focusing on modular designs and space planning.
• Academic credentials such as a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Bachelor of Architecture, or a 2-3 year diploma with at least two years of residential interiors experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or equivalent design software.
• Familiarity with client-centric roles or design-and-build environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• A self-driven work ethic with the ability to meet targets in a results-oriented setting.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must possess a minimum of three years relevant work experience.
