Milestone Builders specializes in developing residential apartment projects located in Jigani, Bangalore, with active and forthcoming projects underway.

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to transform spaces from initial blueprints to fully realized interiors. The role involves designing entrance and common lobbies, model flats, and custom interiors for clients requesting personalized designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create designs for entrance lobbies, common corridors, and related communal areas focusing on flooring, wall finishes, false ceilings, lighting, and signage.
• Develop plans and fit-outs for model flats.
• Design tailored interiors for customers encompassing layouts, furniture selection, modular kitchens, and wardrobes with cost and option presentations.
• Prepare comprehensive working drawings, detailed specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to guide contractors in accurate pricing and execution.
• Identify suitable materials and finishes, liaise with suppliers, compare costs, and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
• Collaborate with electrical, plumbing, and civil teams to align service points with design requirements.
• Oversee carpentry, false ceiling, painting, and fit-out contractors onsite, ensuring conformity to design plans.
• Measure and verify interior contractors' billing for accuracy.
• Finalize the handover of completed areas, ensuring closure of punch/snag lists.

Required Skills and Experience

• Demonstrable proficiency in 3D design software such as SketchUp or Revit, advanced rendering using 3ds Max with V-Ray, and Lumion, including prior experience generating personal renderings.
• A minimum of three years' experience in residential interior design encompassing both conception and on-site execution supervision.

Working Conditions

The position demands onsite presence Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary of 30,000 INR.
