Interior Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a creative Interior Designer skilled at crafting modular designs through client collaboration. The ideal candidate regularly interacts with clients to understand and adapt to their needs, remaining well-versed in current Interior Design trends to ensure optimal solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire Sales funnel and successfully close sales deals.
• Ensure an excellent Customer Experience throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and guarantee the quality and precision of design deliverables.
• Oversee the end-to-end progression of projects from start to finish.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential interior design, focusing on modular and space planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, B.Arch, or equivalent; alternatively, a 2-3 year diploma with at least 2 years of residential interior design experience.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or comparable design software.
• Experience working in client-facing roles or within design-and-build teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• Demonstrated high ownership mindset and ability to thrive in target-driven settings.

Eligibility

Applicants must have at least 3 years of relevant interior design experience to be considered.
