Job Overview
We are seeking a proficient Insurance Team Leader to join India First Life Insurance in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This role demands leading and managing a dynamic team, with a focus on growing the team and driving insurance policy sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and onboarding of Insurance Agents, ensuring a minimum recruitment target of 10 agents each month.
- Oversee and manage the insurance team to maintain high performance and sales achievements.
- Directly sell insurance policies and support team sales efforts to meet and exceed targets.
- Engage and appoint High Net Worth Individual (HN1) customers, leveraging a strategic mindset to achieve predetermined sales goals.
