Role Overview
As an Installation Coordinator at EROAD, you will oversee the entire customer installation process from initial order through invoicing, ensuring smooth and timely execution in a fast-moving, customer-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the installation journey, from receiving the order to invoicing completion.
- Organize schedules and allocate resources effectively to maintain installation timelines.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers during the installation phase.
- Identify and resolve any issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager as part of a customer-focused installation coordination team.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 to 3 years of experience using CRM software for scheduling, order tracking, and managing customer communications.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, paired with solid planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable handling technical systems and procedures related to installation coordination.
- Experience with Salesforce is advantageous, but training will be provided if unfamiliar.
- Previous roles in planning or coordination are beneficial, though candidates with the right background are encouraged to apply.
