Insights & Analytics Product Lead

Introduction

Linnk Group invites applications for the position of Insights & Analytics Product Lead based in Doha, Qatar. This full-time consultancy role on a yearly renewable contract focuses on leading an enterprise analytics and decision intelligence platform. The role demands translating strategic business goals into effective product features while ensuring the delivery of actionable AI-driven insights that facilitate executive-level decision-making.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and own the development roadmap of the enterprise analytics platform.
• Convert business key performance indicators into robust analytics and decision-support tools.
• Collect, verify, and prioritize requirements from various business stakeholders.
• Collaborate intensively with business units, product development teams, and technical experts.
• Identify and define distinct user personas to improve the decision-making process's usability and impact.
• Assess product usage rates, evaluate business value contribution, and monitor the influence on KPIs.
• Implement ongoing enhancements to the product informed by user input and feedback.

Experience & Skills Required

• A minimum of 8 to 10 or more years in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Enterprise Analytics roles.
• Proven expertise with analytics solutions, defining business needs, and managing relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience engaging with senior leadership and coordinating with diversified cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the management of product life cycles.
• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Preferred qualifications: Certifications in Product Management or Business Analysis.
