Inside Sales Representative

Position Summary

We are seeking a confident and dynamic female Inside Sales Representative to engage with prospective customers, detail our subscription services, and convert inquiries into loyal Freshyzo clients.

Key Duties

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective customers, maintaining consistent follow-up.
• Clearly explain Freshyzo's trial and subscription offerings.
• Successfully convert leads into paying subscribers.
• Keep customer data current using Excel or CRM software.
• Meet set monthly sales and conversion objectives.
• Collaborate with the operations team to facilitate customer onboarding.

Candidate Requirements

• Female applicant preferred, ideally a local resident of Raipur.
• Proficient communication skills in Hindi with a basic understanding of English.
• Preferred minimum of two years' experience in inside sales or telecalling.
• Goal-driven attitude, attentive listening skills, punctuality, positivity, and strong persuasion abilities.
• Basic familiarity with Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM platforms.

• Monthly fixed salary between 10,000 and 14,000 INR plus performance incentives.

• Working hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
