Inside Sales Representative – Full-Time (m/f/d) in Cologne

Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative in Cologne, your main responsibility will be to proactively contact business owners identified as potential clients who could benefit from our implementation systems, structured approaches, and clarity in their operations. You will engage directly with key decision-makers, typically managing directors, to assess if they are facing obstacles, disorganization within teams, or are seeking to boost operational efficiency. When a genuine need and interest are discovered, you will arrange a call back with one of our strategy consultants to develop a tailored implementation plan for their specific situation.

This role is centered on generating awareness about our services and establishing initial contact with prospective clients. It is ideal for individuals who are persuasive but not talkative for its own sake, who can motivate and influence others through clear, straightforward communication without fluff.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted telephone outreach to prospective new customers.
• Qualify conversations using logical guidelines rather than strict scripts.
• Follow up with existing contacts stored in the system.
• Schedule definite appointments for our strategy team.
• Plan, prepare for, and follow up on meetings for our strategists.

Compensation

• Starting gross monthly salary ranges from 2,500 to 3,500 euros.
• After six months of employment, salary adjusts to a range of 3,000 to 4,000 euros gross per month.
