Inside Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to expand our footprint in the agriculture sector by identifying new business avenues, nurturing dealer and farmer relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle. The role involves market research, product demonstrations, and meeting regional sales objectives to contribute to the advancement of farming technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads by researching market trends and engaging potential customers through cold calling, digital channels, and events.
• Drive sales by offering agricultural equipment to distributors and dealers, ensuring high quality after-sales service.
• Manage dealer partnerships by onboarding new collaborators, conducting product training, and supporting their sales efforts.
• Develop regional sales strategies and consistently report performance metrics and market insights to management.
• Represent the company at agricultural trade shows and events to promote the brand and keep abreast of emerging technologies.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Possess any graduate degree.
• Have at least six months of sales experience in any industry.
• Own a laptop and reliable internet connection.
• Exhibit strong communication and negotiation skills along with basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic background or degree related to Agriculture.
• Experience with agricultural equipment such as sprayers, weeders, chaff cutters.
• Existing relationships with local farmers or dealer networks.

This position is offered as a remote/work-from-home opportunity across India, exclusively for female candidates proficient in Tamil and possessing good English communication skills.

Compensation

The monthly salary range is INR 15,000 to INR 22,000.
