Inside Sales Executive

About the Role

Join NxtWave Disruptive Technologies as an Inside Sales Executive, where you will guide students and professionals on the CCBP 4.0 programs, enabling them to make well-informed career choices. This role involves handling the entire sales process from initial contact through enrollment completion, primarily via phone and video communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide thorough counseling to prospects on NxtWave's career-oriented programs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing enrollments.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and clearly communicate program advantages.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with leads after enrollment.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system and share regular insights on lead quality.
• Consistently achieve weekly revenue and enrollment goals.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication abilities in Malayalam, with basic proficiency in English.
• Completed undergraduate degree; currently not enrolled in any academic program.
• Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous; familiarity with the EdTech sector is preferred.
• A passion for assisting others in making career decisions.
• Highly motivated, dependable, and target-driven personality.
• Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic startup environment.

Compensation
