Role Overview

As a Business Development Associate at Nxtwave Disruptive Technologies, you will play a crucial role in guiding students and working professionals through their career transformation by counseling them on the CCBP 4.0 programs. You will manage the complete sales process, from initial contact to closing enrollments, primarily via phone and video. The position requires building ongoing relationships with leads and ensuring consistent achievement of weekly revenue and enrollment goals.

Primary Duties

• Provide personalized counseling to students and professionals regarding NxtWave's CCBP 4.0 offerings to support informed career decisions.
• Handle all stages of the sales cycle including initial outreach, product demonstrations, and enrollment completion through telephonic and virtual communication.
• Clearly articulate program advantages during presentations to prospective candidates.
• Maintain long-term engagement with clients post-sale to foster strong connections.
• Log all client interactions within the CRM system and provide ongoing feedback about lead quality.
• Consistently fulfill weekly targets related to revenue generation and enrollment numbers.

Candidate Profile

• Fluent communication skills in Malayalam and basic proficiency in English.
• Completion of graduation; no active academic enrollment.
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous, particularly in the EdTech sector.
• A passion for assisting individuals in making career choices.
