Ingest Operator

Role Overview

We are looking for an Ingest Operator to assist in the management, verification, and distribution of digital media files across worldwide platforms. This role involves close collaboration with teams in production, mastering, localization, and distribution to ensure timely and precise delivery of content that meets specified technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the receipt and logging of digital media assets.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of content.
• Oversee ingest workflows, promptly resolving any obstacles affecting delivery.
• Check and audit media content for quality and correctness.
• Assist with localization, mastering, and distribution operations.
• Generate reports and performance metrics to support operational efficiency.
• Operate effectively within dynamic content supply chains and media operations environments.

Skills and Expertise

• Knowledge of production and operations processes in digital media.
• Familiarity with digital media formats including film, audio, and video.
• Experience with asset management and archive management systems.
• Competence in documentation control and managing workflows.

Additional Information

This is a 12-month rolling contract based in Cork, Ireland. The role is primarily onsite with some hybrid working possibilities. TEKsystems operates within the Allegis Group network with data processing practices governed by their online privacy notice.
