Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture talent networks and candidate communities throughout Australia, focusing on technology professionals.
- Source and identify candidates using networking, research, and market mapping techniques.
- Engage candidates proactively through outreach and screening conversations.
- Create and sustain candidate communities and talent ecosystems that provide market insights to support business objectives.
- Maintain accurate candidate profiles and market intelligence data.
- Collaborate with Recruiters and Account Managers to meet business demands.
- Enhance your knowledge of technology sectors, skills, and industry trends.
