About the Role
Join Net2Source Inc., a global leader in workforce solutions operating across 32 countries with over 5,500 employees. We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager specializing in Asset and Wealth Management platforms to be based in Doha, Qatar. This is a full-time, permanent position supporting a banking client within the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities and Expertise
- Lead and manage large-scale Wealth & Asset Management platform implementations within Tier-1 or Tier-2 global banks.
- Successfully execute complex, multi-vendor transformation programs in banking technology.
- Engage with senior business and technology executives to maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Required Domain Knowledge
- Wealth Management and Private Banking
- Asset Management and Investment Advisory
- Portfolio Management, Fund Administration, and Custody & Securities Operations
- Investment Products lifecycle and Regulatory & Compliance requirements related to Wealth Management
Essential Technical Experience
- Minimum 15 years in banking technology and transformation, with 8+ years focused on Wealth & Asset Management platform leadership.
- Hands-on implementation experience with at least one of the following platforms: Avaloq, Fusion Invest (Finastra), Multifonds, FIS Securities & Lending, TCS BaNCS (Wealth/Securities), Aurora Reconciliation.
- Familiarity with additional platforms like Simcorp, Charles River, BlackRock Aladdin, Temenos Wealth, or FNZ is advantageous.
