Information Technology Project Manager - Asset & Wealth Management

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager specializing in Asset and Wealth Management platforms to be based in Doha, Qatar. This is a full-time, permanent position supporting a banking client within the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities and Expertise

• Lead and manage large-scale Wealth & Asset Management platform implementations within Tier-1 or Tier-2 global banks.
• Successfully execute complex, multi-vendor transformation programs in banking technology.
• Engage with senior business and technology executives to maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Required Domain Knowledge

• Wealth Management and Private Banking
• Asset Management and Investment Advisory
• Portfolio Management, Fund Administration, and Custody & Securities Operations
• Investment Products lifecycle and Regulatory & Compliance requirements related to Wealth Management

Essential Technical Experience

• Minimum 15 years in banking technology and transformation, with 8+ years focused on Wealth & Asset Management platform leadership.
• Hands-on implementation experience with at least one of the following platforms: Avaloq, Fusion Invest (Finastra), Multifonds, FIS Securities & Lending, TCS BaNCS (Wealth/Securities), Aurora Reconciliation.
• Familiarity with additional platforms like Simcorp, Charles River, BlackRock Aladdin, Temenos Wealth, or FNZ is advantageous.
