Job Overview

We are seeking an Information Technology Manager who combines a spirit of innovation with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for evolving technological solutions within our dynamic IT team. Your expertise will be critical in directing technology initiatives to elevate our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure the security, integrity, and upkeep of IT systems, guaranteeing robust IT procedures and consistent system maintenance.
• Collaborate extensively with business partners to promote business preparedness, oversee contingency planning, manage system implementations, and coordinate with end-users to secure acceptance of deliverables, initiatives, and compliance with key performance indicators.
• Develop and enforce IT strategies clearly communicated across organizational levels; audit and report software and hardware operations enabling strategic business decision-making.
• Possess comprehensive understanding of IT system goals and architecture to ensure control, audit, and attainment of system efficiency across all IT disciplines.
• Lead negotiations and manage projects for system installations, service, maintenance agreements, licensing, and upgrades, guaranteeing they remain current.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with critical stakeholders.
• Analyze system performance aligned with company policies, offering recommendations that enhance efficiency and bring additional value to the organization.
• Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation by planning, delivering, and documenting due diligence activities and best practices for internal and external audits, performing follow-ups as necessary.
